Mediation

​

Short or medium term mediation sessions for professional and creative partnerships that have been disrupted or are experiencing conflict. Mediation involves work towards resolution of conflict that supports the partnership vision and aligns with the needs and values of the parties involved. The process is both solution focused and therapeutically attuned, aimed at shifting negative patterning that has eroded goodwill toward positive, constructive working relationships. Sessions can include:

• Clarification of circumstances and all  parties views 

• Support in decision making process and responsibility taking

• Creative problem solving 

• Communication refinement 

• Facilitating agreements between parties that support resolution 

• Possible plan for terminating the relationship if needed

Antisemitism Counseling

In response to the global rise of antisemitism and the current political climate within artist communities, we are now offering Antisemitism Counseling that supports artists in navigating their professional spaces through a context-sensitive, artist-focused, and trauma-informed lens. The consultation session is cost free. In the session, artists will have the opportunity to process the antisemitic encounters and consider possible action.
