Mediation

Short or medium term mediation sessions for professional and creative partnerships that are experiencing conflict with the goal of resolution that supports the vision of the partnership and aligns with the needs and values of the parties involved. Sessions work on shifting negative patterning that has eroded goodwill toward positive, constructive working relationship. Sessions can include:  

• Clarification of circumstances and participants views 

• Support in decision-making process 

• Responsibility taking 

• Creative problem solving 

• Communication refinement 

• Facilitating agreements between parties that support resolution 

• Possible plan for terminating the relationship if needed

Anti Semitism Counseling  

​

In response to the global rise of antisemitism and the current political climate within artist communities, Kav Counseling is offering free consultation sessions for artists who have encountered antisemitism in the course of their work and professional relationships. In the session, artists will have the opportunity to process the antisemitic encounters and consider possible action.
