TEAM
Krista Hoeppner Leahy, LCAT-LP (MA, MFA) is a drama therapist, professional actor, author, poet, and lyricist. She holds an M.A. in Drama Therapy, an M.F.A. in Acting, and has been published multiple times in different written forms including a co-authored poetry collection Nothing But Light. Transformation begins with creative vision – to make different choices, we first must be able to imagine different choices. As we access our creativity and spontaneity, previously blocked parts of ourselves can emerge allowing us to find new ways of approaching our pain, our problems, and the patterns that keep us from healthy alignment and the life we want. Through psychodynamic and attachment therapies, as well as role theory, mindfulness, embodiment, narrative, drama and play therapies, she offers a mixed-modality approach and a compassionate and deeply curious witnessing, always operating with a belief that we all have the power to heal, to enter fully into relationship, and to achieve our highest potential.

Alon C. Ferency, MA.Ed. is a talent coach, creativity consultant, author, and mentor. With a background spanning the performing arts, education, cultural leadership, and mindfulness, he brings playful curiosity and abiding love to his work with creatives. His experience working with trauma in hospitals and rehabs, creative communities and schools, informs how he helps artists shape meaningful, lasting work. Alon believes creativity is both deeply personal and profoundly relational, and that with the right support, every artist can find the clarity, courage, and resilience to make authentic work with meaningful impact. Alon serves as an advocate for the artist’s soul, helping move ideas from early spark to polished expression. He guides artists through the full arc of their creative journey, from inspiration to execution, so they can bring their boldest visions to life, believing that every artist deserves a trusted ally and mentor in their journey.
